Perhaps you are feeling tired or sluggish? Brain fog? Or maybe you have digestive issues? Is your skin super dry, flaky, or itchy? Did you know that the foods you eat, the skincare products you use and your environment in which you live, can all have a huge impact on your health in a positive or negative way?

It is very important to be mindful of your body and how you are feeling. When you are experiencing symptoms, this is your body's way of telling you something is going on here. Symptoms are red flags alerting you. Listen to your body. Your body is highly intelligent and will take care of you if you take care it! Your body is your temple.

There are some simple steps you can take to rid your body of certain symptoms or conditions. Be intentional with your meal planning and the foods that you eat. Take some time for physical activity each day twenty minutes to 1 hours each day. Be selective when choosing skincare products for yourself. There are many products that contain toxic chemicals that our skins soaks up which in turn creates potential health issues.

Eating healthy can be simple and fun. The fundamentals of eating clean encourage you to consume more whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains and healthy fats — and limit highly processed snack foods, sweets and other packaged foods.

There are numerous benefits to exercise. Including physical activity into your day will help you to control your weight, reduce your risk of heart diseases, help your body control sugar and insulin levels, help you quit smoking or kick other unhealthy habits, improve your mental health and mood and help keep you thinking, learning and your judgement skills sharp as you age. Wowza!!
